We never charge by time.

We never work on commission.

We never take a stake in any mediated business.

We never charge by the value of any transaction.

We only ever incur expenses expressly agreed in detail in writing in advance. We dislike expense accounts.

We are happy to work in stages.

We offer retainer deals.

We never revisit or revise a fixed fee. You can count on it being the entirety of what we will charge for the agreed assignment. No surprises.

We never ask your budget for our services (we consider such a question, from anyone, the height of impertinence).

We bill in GBP, USD and EUR, as you wish.

Every fee is payable 100% in advance.
